Privacy & Enquiries

Your Details.
A Clear Purpose.

This notice explains how information submitted through this website is used. Updated 21 October 2026.

Information You Provide

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service and project message. Please provide business contact details where possible and avoid including passwords, security codes, payment details or sensitive information about other people.

Why We Use It

We use the information to handle your request, clarify requirements and discuss a suitable next step. Your agreement is requested in the form before the enquiry is used for this purpose or shared with a suitable local security firm.

Enquiry information is not submitted for unrelated marketing through this form. If you decide to commission work, the firm providing the proposal should explain its own privacy arrangements and contract terms.

Sharing With A Local Firm

With your agreement, your contact details and the project information needed to discuss your request may be passed to a suitable local firm. That firm may contact you about the service you selected.

You can ask which firm has received the information. You do not have to accept a quotation or proceed with work because you submitted an enquiry.

Agreement And Withdrawal

We rely on your consent for enquiry handling and the sharing described here. You can withdraw that consent by using the contact form and selecting “Several services / advice needed”, with “Privacy request” at the start of your message.

Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. If information has already been passed to another firm, you may also need to contact that firm about its own records.

Retention And Security

Enquiry details are kept only for as long as needed to handle the request, deal with related questions and meet applicable obligations. Retention should be reviewed when the enquiry is closed, with information deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.

Access should be limited to people who need the information to handle the enquiry. Hosting and delivery services may process technical connection information, such as an IP address, to deliver the website and protect the enquiry endpoint.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable data protection rules, you can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information. You may also have rights to restriction and portability, and you can raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Use the contact form for a privacy request and provide enough information to identify the relevant enquiry. Do not send identity documents unless they are requested through an appropriate channel.

Cookies And External Services

The website code does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives technical connection information when those resources load.

External reference links take you to other websites with their own privacy notices. The enquiry endpoint is provided as part of the website’s hosting and handles form delivery.
